Pure Tin Coated Healds
We make various types of Wire Healds which are made from high carbon steel wire. The centre Eyes are Twisted/Inserted type with end loops Oblong, Round and Jacquard. Standard Eye shapes of Twisted/Inserted Eyes are used to make Healds according to the yarn fabric and loom type. The Healds are specially coated with TIN at the edges i.e. Reinforced for providing more durability to Healds. Wire Healds with Twisted/Inserted Eyes are also available in different sizes and can be designed and manufactured as per specifications or sample. Wire Healds are made with Standard Eyes which are absolutely without sharp edges which results in no friction on the yarn and knots also pass through easily, that minimize the yarn breakages.
